【review】
According to me, there are no best way to escape from smart phone. This app seems helpful and useful for students. In fact, it just a temporary effect. In the modern era, we need to use consumer electronics to catch up with society.The high-tech environment changes humans' life. Therefore, the solution is not trying to reduce time of use, but how we use smartphone properly and correctly. Personally, I don't play any mobile game,but I am still addicted to smartphone because of studying and receiving important information.
Nowadays, we use communication software to receive and send messages . I have to communicate with my colleagues and managers for official business.On the other hand, the students need to search knowledge or look up words in a dictionary.It's hard to inevitable to use smartphone.
As a result, I think keeping appropriate distance from the smartphone and keeping the head up are practical solutions when using the smartphone. Moreover, doing exercise can prevent us from modern civilization disease,such as short-sightness ,neck pain ,and scoliosis. Although this app may remind students smartphone addiction's problem ,the best way is trying to coexist with electronic equipments. Technology gives us convenience .
Don't let convenience turns into a risk of disease.
